WHERE PIGMENTS ARE USED

Pigment is a type of raw material for colours. It is made of small flakes which are not soluble in water and to obtain colour. They are classified as organic and inorganic pigments. The inorganic pigments which are more resistible against exterior factors take place within our area of interest. We can list some of the usage fields of inorganic pigments, which are used widely in today's industry, as below: They are used as colouring colours, in plastics, glasses, ceramics, rubber, leather, production of colours, cement industry, production of coloured concrete.
